Mamas Create!
A four week series coming July

Many pregnant women feel an abundance of creativity while they themselves are creating life. Join with other pregnant women in a four week Birth Art workshop.

No artistic talent or skill required! In fact, it works better if you release yourself to being a beginner and align yourself with your inner intuitive power. In making birth art just bringing an image to light can be surprisingly revealing (and sometimes healing).

  • Week 1: Illuminated Manuscript.
    Tell your story through the ancient art of decorative writing and printing

  • Week 2: Prayer beads & stringing.
    Mold, sculpt, string, manifest! Bind your faith
    in the Birth process with the sacred tradition of bead stringing.

  • Week 3: Free form pastels, collage, crayon, paint.

  • Week 4: Three-dimensional form.
    Mold it, feel it, bend it, knead it.

    Cost: $120 for supplies, snacks and sisterhood.

    Mama Art, Pregnancy, Breastfeeding & Healing Circles

    Birth art, creative expression, laughter, crying, movement, asking questions, self-discovery, music, drumming, venting, joy, howling at the moon, soul searching, letting go, turning on. Sisterhood! Create a circle that speaks to you in the privacy of your own home or join us for one we’ve created in Nyack. Gather with other pregnant women you know and empower yourselves through unity and sister-to-sister support. Together we’ll create blissful alignment with your inner strength and knowledge as we share sacred space, birthing wisdom and creative exploration. Locations and details below. Or - I’ll meet you in your living room for a Red Tent journey and ritual that touches every cell in your body.
